Sketrix is electrical CAD (E-CAD) for circuit diagrams, control engineering and control-cabinet building — with symbols based on IEC 60617. It isn't a PCB tool like KiCad or Eagle; it's the software for the cabinet, the terminal plan and the electrical installation.

Is there electrical CAD natively for Mac and iPad?

On the Mac, yes. Sketrix is electrical CAD, native to macOS, no Windows VM, runs offline. The iPad version is planned. Circuit diagrams, control-cabinet layout, equipment tagging (BMK) following the DIN EN 81346 model, auto-numbering and documentation. Built for electricians, technicians, trainees and small engineering offices.

Is Sketrix a PCB / circuit-board tool?

No. Sketrix does not design printed circuit boards (PCBs) like KiCad, Eagle or Altium. Sketrix is electrical CAD: circuit diagrams, control and power circuits, contactor logic, terminal and cable plans, and control-cabinet layout. Symbols are based on IEC 60617 and equipment tags follow the DIN EN 81346 model — built for electricians, switchgear and control engineering.
