Feature

Schematic Editor

No fumbling with wires. Symbols connect automatically. Routing finds the path. Labels following the DIN EN 81346 model.

Connections

Auto-Connect

Drag a symbol next to another. Sketrix connects them automatically in a 90-degree grid, places corner points and keeps standards-based spacing. No manual bending, no rework.

Wire Layout

Routing that adapts

Click stub A, click stub B. Sketrix draws the path. Move a symbol and the routing adjusts automatically. T-junctions and crossings are detected.

Labels

Equipment tags following DIN EN 81346

Every symbol gets a reference designator following the DIN EN 81346 model. Sketrix suggests the next free label and warns immediately when a designator is used twice. Device chains inherit the BMK automatically.

Wire Numbers

Number wires automatically

You set the format. Sketrix numbers all wires across pages with one click. Potential stubs for L1, L2, L3, N, PE and more ensure consistent network labels, no manual typing.

Recording to follow.
Multi-Page

Multiple pages, one project

A project can have as many pages as you need. When a wire crosses a page boundary, Sketrix adds page break symbols with target references automatically. The explorer gives you an overview of all pages at any time.

Sketrix is not finished. What already runs smoothly and where it still catches is written up openly in Where things stand .

Sketrix is electrical CAD (E-CAD) for circuit diagrams, control systems and switchgear — with symbols based on IEC 60617. Not a PCB / circuit-board tool like KiCad or Eagle, but the software for control cabinets, terminal plans and electrical installation.
